Quick Answer
For a 6 kg load, use around 60 ml or 2 caps of AuraaQem Liquid Detergent. In a front load machine, pour it into the main wash compartment of the dispenser drawer. In a top load machine, add it to the drum water before or along with the clothes.
Why liquid detergent suits modern machines
Liquid detergent dissolves quickly in water, so it spreads evenly through the wash from the very start of the cycle. This avoids the white powder marks that undissolved detergent powder can sometimes leave on dark clothes, especially in short or cold wash cycles.
Using liquid detergent in a front load machine
Front load machines have a dispenser drawer with separate compartments. Pour the liquid detergent into the main wash compartment, close the drawer and select the cycle. For a 6 kg load, around 60 ml or 2 caps of AuraaQem Liquid Detergent is enough.
Using liquid detergent in a top load machine
In top load and semi-automatic machines, add the liquid detergent to the water in the drum before or along with the clothes. This allows it to mix well before the wash action begins.
Avoid overdosing
More detergent does not always mean cleaner clothes. Too much detergent creates excess foam, which can reduce washing action and leave residue. Stick to the recommended dose and adjust slightly only for heavily soiled loads.
