Quick Answer
Good hand hygiene in offices, schools and hotels needs handwash dispensers at every wash point, a fixed refill routine, clear signage and the right product. Refilling dispensers from 5 Litre packs of liquid handwash or handwash gel keeps supply steady and cost under control.
Make handwash easy to reach
People wash hands more often when handwash is available at every basin. Place dispensers at each wash point in washrooms, pantries, canteens and kitchen areas. A dispenser that is often empty quickly breaks the habit, so availability matters as much as the product.
Set a refill routine
Assign housekeeping staff to check and refill dispensers at fixed times, such as the start and middle of each shift. Using 5 Litre packs of AuraaQem Liquid Handwash or Handwash Gel for refills reduces packaging and keeps stock simple to manage.
Schools and young children
In schools, keep dispensers at a height children can reach, and supervise younger children. Simple posters showing the steps of hand washing help build the habit early.
Hotels and guest areas
In guest rooms and lobbies, presentation matters. Many hotels use handwash gel in guest areas for its neat, no-drip feel, and liquid handwash in staff and back-of-house washrooms.
