Quick Answer
Housing societies and offices mainly need a disinfectant for floors, lobbies, lifts and glass; a salt remover for washroom taps and tiles; liquid handwash for washrooms and pantries; and a degreaser for pantry or canteen kitchens. Buying 5 Litre packs keeps cost per use low.
Common areas and lobbies
Lobbies, corridors, staircases and lifts see heavy foot traffic. Mop them daily with diluted AuraaQem Disinfectant, and use the glass cleaning dilution in a spray bottle for entrance doors, lift mirrors and glass partitions.
Washrooms
Office washrooms and society common toilets need handwash at every basin and regular removal of hard water deposits. Liquid Handwash in 5 Litre packs is economical for refills, while Salt Remover keeps taps and tiles free of white stains.
Pantries and canteens
Office pantries and society clubhouse kitchens need dishwash for cups and plates and a degreaser for oily platforms and walls. Dishwash Gel at 1:5 dilution is economical for daily use.
Buying and storage
Buy through a single supplier to simplify billing, and keep a small locked store for cleaning chemicals. Issue products to housekeeping staff weekly and track usage.
